Does any unconstitutional legislation have to be repealed?

Anything repugnant to the Constitution is null and void and therefore must go through the amendment process to be honored as a law of the land. If, for instance, just one legislator declares a law unconstitutional, we-the-people have the right to place a lien (equal to a cumulative charge of what is weekly/monthly extracted from us) on all property and all wages of those politicians who signed in favor of that legislation. They will not be able to sell any possessions until the liens are satisfied, nor receive more than minimum wage with enough attachments by the sovereign people.|||You think that "just one legislator" should be allowed to declare a law unconstitutional?

HAHAHA.|||Agreed!
